So we've seen 9 ancient zoan users in the whole series and all of them belong to beast pirates.
Kaido really doesn't want any paramecia or logia in his crew huh , all we've seen is smile zoan , ancient zoan and mythical zoan .
And it's kinda ridiculous how how orochi is one of the only 6 in the world who ate mythical zoan type that's rarer than logia type and still he's so useless

there is a theory that when luffy's devil fruit will awaken he would be able to erase anything like a rubber or eraser so its just a setup for future or it can be cap.

Based on Doflamingo's AND Katakuri's "Awakening", Paramecia types change to affect the surrounding environment as well as the user's body. So probably Luffy would be able to turn other things into rubber. For Zoan/Animal types it looks like they get a much stronger 4th transformation based on the Awakened Zoan-type guards in Impel Down. And we don't know about Logia types, we haven't really seen one "awaken" yet.
